Abstract(in English) This paper gives an extended approach of analyzing the effect of reliability on the management index of telecommunication service company. I focus on the case that we have a management index of representing how each company shows successful results, and analyze the effect of reliability on this index. I give a statistic analysis procedure having consistency to the existing study of focusing a management index 'market share' to minimize misleading, and propose to apply this procedure for the cases of other management indices. Small examples of this procedure are demonstrated to how this procedure works well for given data.
