| Abstract(in English) | The reliability design is important for realizing high reliability under reasonable cost. This report describes the outline of the reliability design process of public telecommunication network, that is, definition of reliability measure, method for determining the reliability targets, reliability evaluation method of network plans, reliability verification by the field data and countermeasures for disasters. Moreover, this report investigates the future themes of reliability design of networks. |
