Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We consider that the memory is composed of feedback shift register (FSR) circuit in the cerebral cortex. In this study, we tried to detect M-sequences known as a pseudo random sequence generated by the LFSR circuit from time series patterns of stimulated action potentials of cultured neuronal networks. We could found several M-sequences from a 3-stage LFSR circuit (M3). Then neuronal networks have not a clock control system as a calculator, therefore the bin size of detected M sequences were modulated. We call this phenomenon margin, We tried to test the correlation between margin and number of detected M3. As a result, we found a positive coefficient of correlation.
