Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes a design method for the wireless transmitter that enables wireless devices to be made much smaller and to be much more efficient. The problem with the small devices is the frequency mismatch between the small antenna and circuits that degrades efficiency, which is the ratio of the power fed to the antenna to total power consumption. By using feedback from the antenna to the circuits, we made automatic-frequency-adjusting oscillator and solved the problem. We simulated this transmitter architecture, and found the efficiency to be 24%. This result means the wireless circuit transmits 100 bits every 13 seconds.
