| 抄録(和) | 従来のDC-DCコンバータは,入出力電圧の変化によって周波数特性が変化してしまう.そのため,安定した動作を得るためには,用途毎の入出力電圧に応じて内部のパラメータを調整する必要がある.そこで我々は,入出力電圧に依存せずに一定の周波数特性を持つDC-DCコンバータを実現するための統一的な回路設計手法を提案する. |
| 抄録(英) | Usually, the frequency characteristics of a DC-DC converter change depending on its input and output voltage settings. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust parameters inside of a DC-DC converter depending on the input and output voltage settings to always obtain the stable operation. Under this circumstance, here, we propose the unified circuit design for DC-DC converters to have constant frequency characteristics at any time and at any condition. |
