Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Electromagnetic scattering problems can be analyzed with a high degree of accuracy by using the point matching method. Recently, we have investigated the computational accuracy of two dimensional problems. In this paper, we will study the computational accuracy for three dimensional scattering problems of canonical geometries.
