Abstract(in English) In order to realize the non-destructive and non-contact inspection of the object by using terahertz(THz) waves, we propose the time-domain optical coherence tomography using photonically generated low-coherence THz sources. In this paper, we first give the generation technique of the low-coherence THz signals. Next, we discuss the component and operation principal of the tomography system. Finally, we show some specs of the 300-400-frequency-band tomography system with respect to mainly depth and lateral resolutions.
