Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we have investigated 4-level hypothesis based spectrum sensing technique for spectrum spectrum sharing between primary users (PUs) and secondary users (SUs). In the most of related works, they focused on 2-level hypothesis, H_0: frequency is vacant and H_1: frequency is used by PU. In the 4-level hypothesis, we add two hypothesis, H_2: frequency is used by SU and H_3: frequency is used by PU and SU. Benefit of the 4-level hypothesis approach is that it is possible to achieve more effective spectrum utilization by recognizing details of status of frequency. In a previous work of spectrum sensing for the 4-level hypothesis, cyclostationarity of SU is designed to enable accurate recognition. Specifically, a small frequency shift is added to the SU signal. However, in this approach, frequency offset caused by doppler shift and uncertainty of local oscillator is a significant issue for accurate spectrum sensing in the 4-level hypothesis. For this issue, we proposed a test statistic which can achieve robustness against the frequency offset and introduced a design method of the proposed spectrum sensing. The numerical results have shown the validity of the design and a robustness of the proposed spectrum sensing. |
