Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, the frequency spectrum resource is exhausted. For recovering the exhausted of frequency spectrum, the cognitive radio is attracting much attention. In order that the cognitive radio's terminal efficiently looks for the vacant channel, the average channel occupancy ratio (COR) of each channel is useful. Therefore, the measurement technique of COR is necessary for cognitive radio. There are two popular measurement techniques for COR, memorizing technique and weighting one. Both of them do not have the accuracy and the traceability. In this paper, the novel measurement technique with the high accuracy and good traceability is proposed. From the computer simulation, the advantage of proposed technique is clarified.
