Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A new multivariate public-key cryptosystem (MPKC) is proposed. Unlike conventional MPKC system, the polynomials in the cryptosystems are defined on Integer Ring, instead of finite field. Other irrelevant polynomials are added to central map polynomials to create the public key. Its central map is restored by using Chinese Remainder theorem and thereby decrypted. This new sytem is expected to be a secure MPKC encryption system, all of which have been successfully attacked.
