Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper discusses how to improve the current weak Japan by focusing education and employment systems in Japan by comparing the similar systems in other countries. The important proposals are to set the job interview timing at the second semester of the graduation year and to hire students based on their skills. This eliminates the "idle university life" for students and companies can save their time from giving technical training after-hired and can improve global competition.
