Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) High frequency strain optical coefficient spectra of mixtures of 4-pentyle 4'-cyano biphenyl (5CB) and triphenyl phosphite (TPP) were measured. The relaxation strength of strain optical coefficient spectra of 0.95 and 0.90 of 5CB were smaller than that of pure 5CB. The results cannot be explained by the results composition dependence translational and reorientational coupling constant obtained by depolarized dynamic light scattering.
