Abstract(in English) | Cell array technology using a laser scanning cytometer is to quantify the distribution of intracellular protein, which can allow an estimation of the protein, set to indicate a significant change in expression of cancer cells. However, even for a doctor of pathology to perform such classification of information from these numbers is not easy. So, we can visualize by using easy-to-understand graphics technology, information of protein, thought to support this classification. More specifically, we create a system to visualize these information which are represented by a sequence of three kinds of information cohesion distribution range, the protein expression level and classification criteria. This visualization sequence has the advantage of compression of the data without losing the essential part of the cell array information and also contribute to the efficiency of a large amount of data analysis. |
