Abstract(in English) Experiment by reconfigurable communication equipment is planned in order to develop the smaller and more efficient satellite unit. This paper describes the two efforts to develop the reconfigurable communication equipment. At first, the equalizer that makes compensation for the group delay was added to the direct-processing transmitter and receiver. As a result, the communication quality was improved. Secondly, the direct-processing transmitter and receiver enable to communicate with WINDS by wide band 16APSK modulation technology.
