| 抄録(和) | 東日本大震災において、地上通信網が失われた被災地での通信手段として衛星通信が有効に活用された事例が数多く報告されている。この様に、災害時の通信手段の確保という課題に対して、衛星通信技術は一つの解決手段となりえるものである。このような状況を踏まえ、災害時の衛星通信に関して実現性や課題について議論する「災害対応衛星通信技術討論会」を電子情報通信学会衛星通信研究会のメンバを中心にした有志により開催した。本報では、討論会における議論のまとめとして、災害時に求められる衛星通信システムの整理、およびそれらに対する要求と技術開発を示すとともに、災害対応の衛星通信システムの実現に向けた提言を述べる。 |
| 抄録(英) | The satellite communications has been utilized as a primary communication tool when the terrestrial communication network was ruined by the aftermath of the Great East Japan Earthquake and tsunami. With this experience, it can be confidently concluded that the satellite communication technology is the most hopeful way to connect the disaster area to the communication network. Technologists involved in the disaster has volunteered to challenge for the realization of satellite communications in disasters, and gathered to discuss in Disaster satellite communications symposium. This document organizes the essential compositions of satellite communication system for disasters, reports the technical requirements for the communication system, and states the proposals as conclusions from the symposium members. |
