Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A "hygienic hazard" does not bring health damage to consumers, but there are a lot of non-conforming products which gives them discomfort. Food manufacturers must recall these products, even in such a case. When estimating a hygiene risk, it would be more practical to use "severity of economic loss on a food manufacturer", not "severity of harm to a person". However, it is not found a standard which is able to use such a "risk estimate" in Japan. This paper investigates compensation for damages of food manufactures concerning food accidents. The result defines "risk element weighted" using hygiene risk estimates.
