Abstract(in English) | In our research, we aim to explore the possibility of constructing the convenient system which can reduce fatigues of users during handling light or medium weight objects, using augmented reality technology. In this paper, we focus on controlling weight perception and fatigue during lifting objects by changing its brightness value. We compose a video see-through system which changes brightness value of green objects as a prototype for the proposed system. Using this system we did a basic experiment on the effect of the interaction between brightness and weight perception, and we evaluate the fatigue during a handling task with our prototype by using electromyograph-EMG and visual analogue scale rating. The results showed that fatigue during the handling task could be controlled actually by changing brightness with augmented reality. |
