Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Soai University and Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. have made collaborative development to let six search axes serve as a basis for "a menu search system by feelings" and fabricated the prototype of the system. Scores marked on the relation between 480 selected dishes and feelings have proven that dishes and feelings are correlated each other. A close examination of the relation between feelings of the prototype and the dishes revealed a salient feature of ingredients and recipes of the dishes by the search axis. In addition, a questionnaire survey was in place to evaluate the development acceptability of six search axes and the menu search system. It came to a conclusion that the acceptability was significant about the correlation between the search axis and the menu search.
