Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | We've collected daily meal records at home for over ten years, and these chronicles tell us the customers' subconsciousness on the table from a point of cultural view. Food markets become invisible, and Japanese traditional food culture has been lost in the modern global society. We would like to clarify important roles of food map under these circumstances. As one of its roles, we introduce "Food Restore Project in Japan". |
