Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Structural analysis for procedural texts, such as cooking recipes and manuals, is useful for understanding the overview of the content. The accuracy of an existing method for analyzing cooking recipes is decreased mainly due to various expressions for cooking procedures. In this paper, we propose methods to resolve problems in the existing analysis method. We use recipe texts in different recipe sites and show the effectiveness of our methods experimentally.
