Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Near-field light has been studied for developing ultra-high density recording and microfabrication technologies. Recently, we have designed plasmonic antennas and investigated localized circular polarized light using an integral equation method in the static approximation. In this report, our proposed method is applied to analysis of near-field light with some canonical structures and the computational accuracy is clarified.
