| 抄録(和) | マイクロ波,ミリ波回路や高速ディジタル回路に用いられるコプレーナーウェーブガイドやコプレーナーストリップスの伝送線路定数を線路の断面構造から算出するウェブアプリケーションプログラムを自作した.クライアント/サーバ型のアプリケーションで,ウェブブラウザを利用して構造情報を入力すると,線路の単位長あたりのインダクタンス,キャパシタンス,特性インピーダンス,実効誘電率といった線路定数が計算される.線路定数の計算には等角写像法を用いた.本稿ではその計算方法を詳しく述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | A WEB application is presented, which generates transmission line parameters of various coplanar lines from their cross-sectional structure. Coplanar waveguides (CPWs) and coplanar strip lines (CPSs) are frequently used in microwave, millimeter-wave, and high-speed digital circuits. The application is a client/server type, which returns the line parameters of these transmission lines as a response of input information regarding the line structure on a WEB browser. The conformal mapping method is used for the calculation of line parameters such as the inductance and capacitance par unit length, the characteristic impedance, and the effective dielectric constant. |
