Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We presented a hidden Markov model (HMM) based localization using array antenna. This method is based on fingerprinting, and uses eigenvector spanning signal subspace as a feature for location. In general, conventional fingerprinting method estimates the location for each time independently. As a result, the trajectory of the target is disorderly. The proposed method takes previous location estimation into account to smoothen the trajectory of the target by applying HMM. Experimental result shows that the localization accuracy of the proposed method is superior to that of the conventional one.
