Abstract(in English) | Recipes were appeared on a cookbook, but now are computerized. People can browse them using not only PCs but also mobile devices like a smartphone. In addition, some researchers challenge to present a detailed recipe such as cooking progresses. While presentation methods of a recipe are evolving in this way, supports for cooking novices are not enough to discuss. We developed a cooking support system for cooking novices. This system presents a "detailed cooking instruction" that they might bother. Concretely, this system presents a cutting line and a movement of a knife by overlaying onto an ingredient. In addition, a conversational robot "Phyno" supports information presentation by speech. This system contributes not only to present the recipe for cooking novices but also to improve safety improvement. We explored the advantages, drawbacks and adequacy of this system by trial use. |
