Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Many search systems on the Web have recently been in widespread use when deciding what to cook for everyday meals. However, it is difficult for the systems to obtain recipes satisfying users' cooking skills and kitchen environments, because they do not consider these factors when selecting desirable recipes. In this paper, a method is studied for annotating cooking actions depending on utensils in recipes, to develop a search system considering users' skills and kitchen environments. Specifically, utensils co-occurring with cooking actions are extracted, and analyzed in terms of types and trends to discuss how these difficulty levels should be handled.
