Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Noise problems in power supply circuits become more serious of recent application of high speed switching. High frequency noise over MHz mainly caused by common-mode has complicated characteristics. It depends significantly on unexpected coupling between line and structures. Therefore, Noise prediction before trial has been very difficult. We could not help evaluating and supporting noise issue after trial manufacturing and it caused to increase cost. In this paper, we propose new conduction noise analysis method using circuit analysis. It is considered common mode noise propagation path by coupling lines and mechanical structures using equivalent circuit model. Then, we apply this method to IH cooking heater. As a result, we achieve predicting peak frequency at 10MHz very precisely.
