| 抄録(和) | 震災直後の電力通信網の長期間にわたる機能停止は,組織が安否情報や被災情報を収集する障害となることが明らかとなった.このような状況下では,日常利用しているノートPCなどを使用した情報収集と収集した情報の管理・整理が迅速な支援に必要不可欠である.さらに,今回は非常時の個人情報保護は考慮されなかったが,本来であればできる限りこれらの情報は安全に収集・管理されるべきである.このような日常利用している機器を利用した情報収集は,現在行なわれている非常時電源の強化や輻輳回避策の研究開発,クラウド環境の利用などを補う方法である.このような複数の対応策を用意することは,非常時の選択肢を増やし,情報収集とそれに基づく対策を確実に行なう確率を高めることができる.本研究では,セキュアUSBメモリを使用した安全な情報収集のための情報基盤について,情報収集方法と収集した情報の管理分析の一連の作業を実施するうえで必要なシステムの構成について検討した結果について報告する. |
| 抄録(英) | The electric power and the communication network after the earthquake stopped for a long term. This was a trouble where the organization collected victim informations etc. These information is necessary for the prompt support. The means to scratch for information under such a situation is necessary. This means should use the equipment always used. In addition, the security of these information was not considered because it was an emergency. it is necessary to collect these information safely as much as possible. In this paper, we propose the secure information system that uses secure USB memory where the application execution environment is stored. In addition, we examined the composition of the information system that managed collected information because the system should work while electric power failure. Our proposed method supplements strengthening the emergency power supply and congestion control. Preparing two or more countermeasures expands choices in the emergency. As a result, the certainty of the secure information gathering is improved. |
