Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The primary objectives of our study is to elucidate the factors of interpersonal perception structure and to estimate psychological distance with objective indices. In this paper, we present findings from an online survey on personal perception and impression. Subjects were asked to select some adjective pairs which were used to estimate other people, and to estimate their feelings for some characters we submitted. The results of multiple linear regression analysis, factor analysis and clustering of 8544 respondents indicate that personal perception and impression are significantly affected by personal attribution such as age, gender and occupation.
