Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes an audio guidance system in museums which have locality and directivity. This system provides sound from particular position to a particular viewer by reflecting directive sound on a glass surface from a number of different directions using multiple hyper directional loudspeakers. This system makes it easier for viewers to understand artworks spatially. Without putting a lot of loudspeakers around an artwork, this system allows multiple sounds to superimpose according to the viewer's position and direction, by reflecting multiple sounds on glass surface. This paper proposes the composition of the system and viewer's experience. |
