Abstract(in English) The smartphone is spreading rapidly in recent years. This can expect to present a variety information from the ability of animation photography, wireless communications on the small terminal. In this study we develop the new system to cooperate the smartphone and the "warasy" system that can quantitate the gait parameter by using the portable device. This new system provides the function to synchronize the patient's gait video and the gait parameter obtained from warasy. Therefore we can get information at the same time both visible data and invisible data. This data is archived, therefore the patient can be seen on the smartphone at any time. This data also can be represented the small changes of patient's progress, therefore patient can feel the recovery. In addition, patients are able to share data with family and experts, therefore the patient can receive advice from experts or receive encouragement from family.
