Abstract(in English) | When DNA is stretched by dual trap optical tweezers, we can obtain not only force but also local spring constant of a single DNA by calculating auto-correlation and cross correlation of the fluctuation of attached beads. To apply the correlation methods to detect DNA-protein interaction without labeling, we investigated the appropriate condition of experimental setup and its ability for detection.
