Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In companies, a worker often works on several projects simultaneously in order to develop more software products with fewer workers. If several tasks which the worker engages in around the same time belong to different projects, the worker must follow the direction of different managers who belong to different projects. In this case, the worker must decide by oneself whether to follow whose directions according to circumstances. Therefore, his/her ability to make decisions and to manage of a schedule will be tested. This paper proposes a method for helping the worker in this position to decide what the priority of his/her several tasks which belong to different projects should.
