As a result from factor analysis, we extracted "Perceived benevolence", "Perceived competence and integrity", "user impression" and "Perceived reputation of the company provided by a third party". Furthermore, as results from analysis of variance, we found that knowledge about the information security would influence "user impression" and "Perceived reputation of the company provided by a third party".
