Abstract(in English) It is a key issue for radio frequency (RF) circuits of future mobile terminals to equip with multi-band operation architectures including a reconfigurable structure to cope with various communications systems and frequency bands as well as a multi-band bandpass filter that has multiple passbands to support carrier aggregation technologies for LTE-Advanced. The research of "reconfigurable" RF circuits for mobile terminals is expected to establish the multi-band operation architectures. As a part of the research on the reconfigurable RF circuit, this paper presents a multi-band power amplifier, tunable filter, tunable isolator, and dual-band bandpass filter that has two passbands.
