Abstract(in English) In our previous study, it was shown that interesting bifurcation phenomena can be observed in a piecewise-linear BVP oscillator with an idealized diode under weak periodic perturbation. Under the perturbation with one frequency, a bifurcation parameter value at which a bifurcation transition from chaos to oscillation death, varies by the choice of initial conditions. Under a periodic perturbation with another frequency, a bifurcation transition from chaos to oscillation death always occurs at the same parameter values for any initial condition. In this study, such interesting bifurcation transition occur not only in the BVP dynamics with an idealized diode but also in the smooth BVP oscillator under weak periodic perturbation, which has been studied insensibly.
