| 抄録(和) | 単一のユニットで構成されたシステムに対し、取替・保全時に旧ユニットと新ユニットを,二重系として運用するシステムの最適取替方策を考える.とくに、一重系期間における追加の小修理費用と、二重系運用期間における追加の運用費用を考える.また,ユニットの取替時期に関して(i)偶発故障期間取替モデル.(ii)摩耗故障期間取替モデルの二つのモデルを検討する。これらのモデルに対し、期待費用を導出し,最適方策について解析的に議論する.また,具体的に数値例を挙げて種々議論する. |
| 抄録(英) | This study considers optimal replacement policies in which the one unit system operates as a dual system when it is replaced. Especially, we introduce additional costs for minimal repair and operational cost. Further, We treat two models for the model: (i) Replacemnet on random failure period, (ii) Replacement on wearout failure period. For such models, we obtain the expected costs and derive analytically optimal times of replacement. Numerical examples are given when the failure distribution of fresh unit is Weibull distribution and ones of aging unit are exponential and Weibull distributions. |
