Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To find the cause of errors of electronic circuits by noise immunity tests, it is necessary to identify the propagation route of the noise injected to equipments. It is effective that we inject noise to equipments and evaluate the roots of injected noise with operating components. And the malfunction and the performance degradation of the equipment often occur when the frequency of an injected noise and of signal of equipment are corresponding it. So it is need to evaluate noise immunity with matching these frequencies. The results of evaluation contains both noises and we need to separate them. We have conducted to impress the noise of a frequency different from the signal frequency of the substrate to the power cable and to evaluate it. As a result of the evaluation, we confirmed the noise of the frequency slightly moved from the signal frequency of EUT was able to be impressed, and to make the propagation route of the impressed noise visible, and confirmed the effectiveness of this method. And we evaluated frequency offset of an injection noise. As a result, although it may seem to the distribution measurement result of an injection noise that the difference has arisen apparently by frequency offset, it turned out that the same propagation course is shown relatively.
