Abstract(in English) | When a RF resistive attenuator is used in sufficiently lower than the power handling specifications, the attenuation is assumed independent to the power level. However, when it is used around the power handling limits, the attenuation will vary depending on the power level. This report describes an experiment of power dependency measurement of RF resistive attenuators for developing an accurate attenuation measurement system in higher power level. |
