Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, network services based on distributed components which provide services by using components running on remote nodes attract much attention. More advanced services are provided at a lower cost using the existing components. We have already proposed a method which ensures the stable QoS for each service by allocating components dynamically according to change of access frequency. In this method, however, we have considered only CPU resouces, but not network resources. In this paper, we propose a method to provide bandwidth guaranteed services stably in consideration of available wavelength resource on backend servers in the platform with WDM optical network.
