Abstract(in English)	As is often the case with the office workers in, for example, the customer relations department, they need to share meta-information about email messages from customers with co-workers in their department. But there are not many good email systems that can support putting meta-information to email messages and sharing it with co-workers. So, we proposed a new method to add memo function to email systems in order to share meta-information about email messages with co-workers. With our system users can share email messages and memos about them in the cloud.
