Abstract(in English)	International Conference of Data Protection and Privacy Commissioners is the most important conference in the area of data protection. Resolutions in the closed session of the conference have the great means in the world of data protection. In the 33^ International Conference of Data Protection and Privacy Commissioners held in Mexico City, the "Resolution on Data Protection and Major Natural Disasters" was adopted. In this study, we analyze the connotation of the Resolution and the effect to the discussion about handling of personal information in the emergency situation.
