Abstract(in English) The theory that building of the brand is important in an enterprise is increased in relative about since the professor D.A.Aakar proposed in the 1990s. The purpose of this study is to investigate some legal issues when the company sell or transfer to other companies in their corporate brand that is owned by. It considers on the case of business transfer and trademark transfer.
