Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Some latest research on network security has focused on analysis of DNS traffic and logs. This analysis has already been deployed in real Internet security. However, legal examination on analysis of DNS traffic and logs reveals ambiguity in legal interpretation. This ambiguity is caused especially by the fact that multiple subjects are able to provide DNS service. In this paper, toward solving this ambiguity, we inspect a legal schema for analysis of DNS traffic and logs with consideration of latest situations.
