Abstract(in English) | This paper presents the primary experimental evaluation of a newly-proposed instantaneous resonant current phasor controlled high-frequency ZCS inverter for induction heating. By adjusting the phase difference angle between the two resonant current complex vectors with phase-shift control scheme, the IH load resonant current phasors can be regulated continuously and flexibly under the full-range soft switching conditions. In this paper, the performance on the output power regulation as well as the soft switching operations is evaluated with simulation data, and its topological validity is demonstrated in experiments of 1kW-100kHz prototype. |
