Abstract(in English) We developed a novel tele-collaboration system with low latency and high reliability by using three 4K 60p JPEG2000 video streaming systems and a 6-channel echo canceller. Our system enables to synchronize multiple video streams without one-frame delay and transmit 4K 60p streams with 80 msec of one-way latency, so that users can communicate with one another without unnatural pauses. Furthermore, our system can localize each user's speech at the position where he or she is displayed, by using a novel high-performance multi-channel acoustic echo canceller. We conducted a subjective assesment of our system through confrontational role-playing tasks and found that our system helps to share the feelings and atmosphere with other participants and enhances the cooperation among them.
