Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) New Data Center Netowork architectures(such as FatTree, VL2, BCube) have been proposed for improving performance of MapReduce and distributed file system. And these new architectures show high performance in all-to-all traffic pattern. But these applications are used only a few Data Centers and these new architectures have to keep fixed pattern topology. So they are not fit to operate. On the other hand, there are needs for Service Level Agreement (SLA). SLA is as an additional value for Data Center operators and a selection criterion for Data Center users. But network design to guarantee SLA costs too much. This is because network must be designed with margin. So we propose a new approach to guarantee SLA and a new network design method considering SLA. In this paper, we introduce proposed network redesign method and evaluate performance with simulation. And we show our proposed network redesign method can grantee SLA.
