Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Patterning of electrodes with simple, high-resolution, and high throughput method is important to achieve the large-area electronics. In this work, we developed a simple method for patterning silver nanoparticles as electrodes using difference of hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties of the surface. Fabricated thin-film transistor (OTFT) devices using this method exhibited electrical characteristics, including carrier mobility as large as 0.1cm^2/Vs, and on/off current ratio of 10^6.
