Abstract(in English) | We have developed the way to preduce epitaxial graphene onto Si substrate. Towards device application of the epitaxial graphene, we have to control the electronic states suitable for the function of the devices. We have succeeded in controlling layer stacking and electronic states of the epitaxial graphene. Furthermore, we can succeed in growing the epitaxial graphene on microfabricated substrates. These techniques enable us to fabricate the epitaxial graphene which match the needs of various nanodevice applications. |
