Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to increase a sensitivity of NMR pick-up coils, we examined superconducting NMR pick-up coils. In this paper, we showed the microwave properties (especially surface resistance: R_S) of HTS thin films. We measured R_S of HTS thin films with various thicknesses in a high magnetic field of up to 12 T, and examined the dc magnetic field dependence of the R_S. As a result, the R_S of YBCO thin films of 300 nm thick at T=10K and B=10T was three order magnitude smaller than that of copper. These results show that a YBCO thin film of 300nm thick was useful as the material of NMR pick-up coils.
