| Abstract(in English) | This paper reports a summary of the 15th algorithm contest organized by the Pattern Recognition and Media Understanding (PRMU) technical committee of IEICE-ISS. The theme problem is to recognize hand shapes and determine winners on Janken, which is entitled "Who is winner!? -recognizing hand shapes on Janken-". This paper reports breif overviews of the contest, the results, and 8 prize-winning algorithms. |
